Maybe you are a prospective couple curious about our alcohol policy or maybe you are a booked couple wondering when you can schedule your rehearsal. Either way, we’ve got you covered! What is your alcohol policy?
We give you the flexibility to bring in your own alcohol! We will provide you with the cups, straws, ice, mixers, and bartenders, and then you are able to load up at your go to store and bring as much or as little alcohol as you would like! Whatever alcohol is left over at the end of the night will go back home with you so you can take it to the after party or return it, your choice!
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! We absolutely LOVE when your floof is part of your special day. We ask is that your dog is attached to a leash, attached to a human. We recommend your furry friend goes home after the ceremony so that you can enjoy your day without worrying about them.
How many hours do I have at the venue?
The hours you have on property depend on where you land with your final guest count! If you have 50-74 guests, you get 6 hours on property. If you have 75-100 guests you get 7 hours on property. If you have 101 or more guests, you get 8 hours on property. We recommend coming hair and makeup ready and doing your finishing touches in our wedding suites. All events end at 10pm and we recommend having an after party at your hotel or a restaurant, or you can opt for a night out in downtown Phoenix!
When do we schedule our rehearsal?
We will schedule your rehearsal at the final meeting, approximately 30 days before your wedding! We schedule it at that time because that is when we will be finalizing your Day of Director and the events surrounding your wedding day. We recommend coordinating any travel and dinner plans that work best for you and your wedding party beforehand and we will solidify the rehearsal as we get closer!
What am I responsible for bringing?
Being an All-Inclusive venue, we take the stress out of the planning process to make things as easy as possible for you! Because of that, there are very few things you are responsible for providing. The main things are an officiant, the alcohol, and any additional decor or vendors. You will drop off your decor and alcohol at the rehearsal and your Day of Director will set up your tabletop decor and signage. At the end of the event, we will assist with packing up your decor and any leftover alcohol!
Do you have options for a late night snack?
Absolutely! We have a variety of late night snack options presented by Ensemble Catering that you can choose from, and all of the choices are equally delicious! Whether you want something sweet or something savory, we have got you covered!
