About seven years ago burlap hit the wedding seen and has continued to rise in popularity since. We see a LOT of burlap here at Venue at the Grove. It is the perfect décor complement to the rustic pecan grove. So how do you use burlap for your wedding without making it look like a country hoedown?
The first way, is to only use it for accents. You don’t need your entire wedding splashed with burlap. Secondly, burlap is very rustic and can be elevated in elegance by adding an additional texture like lace, or fresh flowers. You can add burlap accents to: your invitations, bouquet, boutonniere, ceremony décor, table numbers, favors, reception décor, cake, and so much more!
