A Summer Citrus Wedding
Venue at the Grove is located right smack dab in the middle of a pecan grove. . . . if you have ever seen ANY pictures of our property, you see trees, lots of pecan trees! We also have several citrus trees on our property, that make amazing photo opportunities. To most of the country, you would associate “citrus” with summer. . . . I know here in Arizona our “citrus season” tends to be early spring, but humor me for a minute. Even if it’s not a “summer” thing here, I still love the idea of a summer citrus wedding.
A “citrus” theme, is a theme without really being a theme. It’s more of a color theme than anything else. But there is something so fresh and light about bringing bright citrus colors like: yellow, orange, and peach into your wedding décor. By adding lemons, oranges, grapefruit, amongst other fruits into your decorations, it adds additional dimension and texture. I also like that you can have a modern wedding, vintage wedding, shabby chic wedding, boho/Moroccan wedding, and still incorporate citrus. Adding fruit to your flowers, beverage stations, and decorations, screams summer, and would be the perfect wedding theme for your wedding at Venue at the Grove.
