Alternative Bridesmaid Bouquets for the Budget Bride!

There is a cool new trend that is sweeping the nation & I HAD to share it with you. Not only will this idea create gorgeous wedding photos it will also SAVE YOU MONEY. See… Now I’ve got your attention. Alright so here goes, Alternative Bridesmaid Bouquets: Instead of having your bridesmaids carry bouquets of flowers, have them carry candles, oriental fans, balloons, or even parasols. Let’s face it, we all LOVE flowers, they are gorgeous and they smell fantastic, but they can also be pricy. So why not have your fabulous girlfriends carry lanterns or candles & use that extra cash to create YOUR perfect bouquet (or save it for the honeymoon)… this wedding is about you and your fiancé anyway am I right?!

 

• If you are having an outdoor ceremony (like say, here at Venue at the Grove) I would recommend enclosed lanterns like the ones seen below. When you are outdoors you run the chance of having a little bit of wind; which could potentially blow out regular candles. You could  keep it super simple and put tea lights inside mason jars like you see below or get elaborate lanterns as seen above!
