Can’t Wait to Meet You This Weekend!

Maybe you got engaged in the fall and after enjoying your engagement, you’re ready to start planning your wedding. Or maybe you were just engaged over the holidays and are eager to get started! Whichever it is, The Arizona Bridal Show is this weekend, and it’s the perfect place to start your planning journey. Located at the Phoenix Convention Center downtown, The Arizona Bridal Show is the biggest bridal show in the valley. Which means it’s a one stop shop to meet hundreds of wedding vendors in one place! It’s a great opportunity to talk face to face with venues, florists, photographers, bakers, caterers, gown specialist, and more. We will be there eager to meet you and discuss why Venue at the Grove is the perfect place for you to tie the knot!

Because there are SO many vendors at the show, it can be quite overwhelming, so here are some tips before you hit the pavement this weekend:

  1. Bring A Friend. Have someone with you who can keep you in check and on task.
  2. Make A List. Check out the Arizona Bridal Show website HERE and look over all the exhibitors before you arrive. Make note of the names of your top vendors so you don’t miss meeting them.
  3. Write Down Questions. White down any questions you have for vendors in a note on your phone to be sure you get all your questions answered.
  4. Bring Pre-made Labels. Vendors may ask for your contact information so they can send you more detailed information. Print labels with your: name, wedding date, email address, and phone number so you don’t have to fill out an information card.
  5. Wear Comfortable Shoes. You’re going to be doing a LOT of walking so be sure to be comfortable!
  6. Bring A Large Bag. There will be lots of information that you will be given, so bring a bag to easily carry all those pamphlets, business cards, and samples.
  7. Bring Some Wedding Inspiration. Sometimes it may help to have a color swatch, or décor inspiration with you help vendors see your vision.
