It’s Getting Hot Out There
The pecan trees that Venue at the Grove offers as a backdrop for wedding ceremonies and receptions are truly one of a kind. When the trees are full, they do provide a lot of shade, helping keep your guests cool, but let’s face it, we live in Arizona. So here is a list of several ways to keep your guests cool and comfortable.
Popsicle Station
Popsicles aren’t just for kids! How fun would it be for your guests to arrive at your wedding and be able to snack on a refreshing pop!
Having parasols for guests to use is another great way to provide shade from the sun. If you don’t want to purchase parasols, there is a little website called Bella Umbrella that has vintage parasols you can rent!
Beverage Station

Why not offer a self-serve beverage station. We love this drink station that offers cool beverages and parasols.
Or if you want something a bit simpler, what about a tub with mason jars filled with water and lemonade.
Fans

Lastly, what about a classic fan to keep cool? There are so many different varieties out there! You can even have them personalized with your wedding program on them. We love this display with the fans in a vintage crate to pick up as they arrive at the ceremony.
Don’t feel like you have to go overboard, remember most ceremonies on average last a half hour. By offering even one of the options above for your guests you are sure to keep them cool and able to focus on your ceremony.
