Let’s Celebrate With Waffles
What if I told you that you could be on trend with your wedding and save money? Yep. You read that right! Last week we discussed budget. One of the items listed to consider when beginning to plan your nuptials, is date and TIME of the event. Although most weddings take place in the late afternoon, early evening, one new wedding trend is to have a brunch.
Here are just a few of the awesome reasons to have a brunch wedding:
~ Budget Booster! Most venues offer a discount to have your wedding during the day.

t can get really warm in the later afternoon in May and June. Having a brunch wedding allows you and your guest to enjoy a gorgeous outdoor ceremony and reception without being too hot.
~ The FOOD! I mean come on, who doesn’t love pancakes, waffles, and a mimosa bar! The options are endless and typically more cost effective than meat and potatoes. This is also definitely not the typical chicken and salad wedding meal.
~ You don’t need to worry about running out of sunlight! I can’t tell you how many times I have heard a photographer say, “we are running out of light,” during evening weddings.
~ If you feel the need to party hardy as well to celebrate, you can always have an after party later in the evening.
