Lisa & Chris’s Country Chic Celebration
Lisa & Chris’s wedding will be one that I personally will never forget. They got married here at Venue at the Grove on April 13th, 2012 and it was one of the first weddings that I worked after starting here back at the end of March. I knew at their rehearsal that it was going to be an unforgettable and amazingly fun wedding to be a part of. Lisa just radiates happiness and warmth it’s hard not to smile when you’re around her! On the day of her wedding Lisa and her beautiful bridal party and family arrived with boxes and boxes of gorgeous details to be set up. The boxes were labeled with what was inside and she had taken photos of exactly what she wanted her gorgeous centerpieces complete with mason jars, sunflowers, wine bottles, and burlap to look like, an organized DIY bride…my dream come true!! Not to mention her bridesmaids were carrying bouquets of probably the largest, most beautiful sunflowers I have ever seen, if only they would have let me take one home!
From Chris and his groomsmen’s stunning tan tuxes, Lisa’s bridesmaid’s killer cowboy boots, to the sunny yellow accents everywhere, everything was in place for a perfect country chic celebration!
Lisa and Chris could not stop smiling all night it was easy to see how in love these two were! They laughed and danced the night away while guests enjoyed the delicious cake by Fleur de lis bakery (which this silly couple smashed into each other’s face- of course.)& a candy bar created by Lisa herself.
Overall this wedding was a HUGE success!! Wishing this radiant couple a very happy future together!
