Maggie & Grant :: 06.01.19

Maggie & Grant said I Do under a full canopy and golden light on the 1st of June. Speckled sunlight and loads of green act as the most dreamy backdrop for their sweet summer soiree. Meeting on Tinder, Maggie shares that Grant first believed he was “ghosted” until he convinced a mutual friend to connect him to Maggie when he could then ask her to coffee, and as they say, the rest is history!

When Maggie & Grant first visited Venue at the Grove they were immediately struck by our lush grounds with trees and fell in love all over again, this time with us! We are so honored they did and that we could celebrate their genuine love on the most beautiful June day!

Maggie shares her favorite memory of their big day saying, “Honestly, the whole day from start to finish was just perfect, but my favorite memory would have to be walking down the aisle and seeing Grant at the end of it. We didn’t do a first-look, so that moment was extra special for us. Also, my best friend’s three-year-old daughter raising her hand so she could introduce herself to the audience during my dad’s speech at the reception was pretty priceless!”

Maggie also shares that “our biggest piece of advice would just be to enjoy the process and not stress about the small stuff (way easier said than done)! It’s such a special time in your lives, and although the planning can be overwhelming, it will all work out in the end, and especially so if you are working with the Venue at the Grove team because they are truly amazing! Also, pre-marital counseling rocks — make some time to do that.”
