At Venue at the Grove, our all-inclusive packages include coordination to help in creating a stress free planning process. “Month of” coordination services can also be added to our ceremony and reception packages. Some of the tasks that are included in this package are: vendor coordination, creation of custom itinerary, a custom comprehensive layout of the ceremony and reception, orchestration of rehearsal, finalization of details and execution of details, oversee flow of entire event by communicating between vendors and staff, and point of contact for 8 hours the day of the wedding.
