Our team understands how overwhelming the wedding planning process can be and the importance of your special day, so we have created customizable all-inclusive packages to help plan your day from start to finish. From your first venue tour to the very last minute of your wedding, we want you to feel comfortable and experience stress-free wedding planning. That’s why we’ll take care of the following:
Catering & Bar
Select from Buffet, Family Style, or Plated catering packages with our in-house, award-winning caterer, Ensemble Catering. For your bar, we’ll take care of the bartending service, mixers, cups, and ice. You can provide your own alcohol!
Event Management
Our dedicated event management team has your back every step of the way! We will connect you with each of your included vendors, assist you with the planning process, run your ceremony rehearsal, provide day-of-coordination, and set-up/tear down your signage and tabletop decor.
DJ
Select one of our award-winning DJs and dance the night away! They’ll provide 6 hours of coverage, a state of the art digital sound system, an extensive music library, and dance lighting.
Photography
Select from one of our available preferred photographers to capture your big day! Package includes 6 hours of wedding day coverage, an engagement session, and your online gallery of images.
Cake
Work with Sugarlips Cakery to design your wedding cake and select from a wide array of flavors/fillings. Includes complimentary tasting and a top tier to save for your anniversary.
Personal Florals
Create your dream florals with one of our preferred florists! Package includes one premiere bouquet, one premiere boutonniere, two wedding party bouquets, and two wedding party boutonnieres.
The Ceremony
The Arizona sunset behind our grove of pecan trees creates a stunning backdrop unlike any other location. As you step into our lush grove, you’ll feel yourself transported out of the Phoenix desert and into paradise. It is truly straight out of a dream!
Our ceremony space includes a wooden arbor, white draping, chandelier, and ceremony seating.
The Reception
Our large brick patio sits with the pecan grove as its backdrop and can accommodate up to 225 guests. Every tree is wrapped from base to tip in beautiful twinkling lights, creating the perfect glowing backdrop for your reception. We provide wood farm tables, x-back chairs, and 4 votive candles per guest table.
Allow your guests to mingle in our designated cocktail hour space prior to your reception, where they can include complimentary lawn games such as cornhole, giant jenga, and ladderball.
