Winter Wonderland Wedding Inspiration
Even here in the desert there is a chill in the air! It’s the weather we crave most of the year when it is so dang hot. Winter colors can be so rich and inviting, and with so many holidays around this time of year, throwing a little sparkle into your wedding pallet is such a fun idea! If sparkle and glam isn’t your thing, I love the fact that winter color pallets also lend easily to more rustic or even traditional weddings.
If you are getting married in “winter,” choosing a color pallet with the season in mind is important. Think of the landscape around you during the ceremony, and when you take photos. . . in winter, things won’t be as lush and green as they may be in the summer or fall. . . so if you choose a lime green and fuchsia color pallet, it will look out of place. Likewise, a burgundy and green color pallet will look pretty strange in the summer.
